Realty acting as a "buyer's agent" must
do what is best for you the purchaser.
A
written contract, called buyer agency agreement,
establishes purchaser agency. It also explains
services the company will provide, establishes
a fee arrangement which is usually paid by the
Vendor anyway. This arrangement allows the purchaser
to be fully represented and not requiring them
to pay any fees for the Realtor's services.
Confidences
a purchaser shares with a purchaser's agent must
be kept confidential.
